Calming Yoga Stretch session

A simple yoga session for everyone to practice at home. 

I have combined a series of seating stretch exercises for the one who is in need of some extra tender stretches and attention for the back and the shoulders.

All the postures are in a seated or a lying position - and are accessible for all levels.
